kaes. havent blogged for quite a bit. especially since there has been so many distractions lately. so well...
FRIDAY
went to debs house. saw aunty fun yin & uncle mak. gosh, i know this sounds mean but aunty fun yin has aged. =x i havent seen her since i was like sec 1-2 but in those years, she's really gotten older. oh yeah and kevin's taller than her now. hahahha.
raina and jon came too. YAY! mahjong party -now in session. lol. anyways we spent about the first half of the evening oogling at baby joshua. he's damn cute kaes. he's got a chubby tummy and he likes to play with balls and ice. hahha. goshh. he got super tolerance sia. everytime we give him a piece of ice, he'll hold on to it and shake it in his hand until it melts away. that is like freaking cold yet he can hold on the whole time. i cant, that's for sure.
then played daidi and mahjong for the rest of the evening till we went home.
SATURDAY
woke up pretty late. then spent the rest of my morning reading my book. okae. my latest book is 'Georgiana; the Duchess of Devonshire'. but now its been reprinted as Georgiana. =/ i knew it was being made into a movie recently but on friday, amit told me it was already out in the cinemas.
anyways. then later hurried to get ready. crapp. it used to take me an hour to get ready (coz i take at least half an hour in the shower) but now coz of my new haircut, i TRY to take more pride in primping my hair up. (see, andria, straightening hair is probably more easier than the curling one.) i take about twenty minutes coz i cant dry my hair out and i do that via the curler.
asked my mom to drop me off at raffles city. met up with debs and kat. =) hahah. i was complaining how hot it was today then kat started ranting at debs coz she optimistically wore jeans coz debs said she was wearing jeans.
SHOPPING SPREE~!
we went to buy debbie's 'engagement dinner' dress. VERRRRRRRRRRRRRRY NICE. hahhaa. me and kat were deciding on debs' 'dear's gender. my vote goes for the crossdresser.
then we walked over the suntec and rifled through the bikinis. (RAINA, ANDRIA, we need to go back there and buy our bikinis). hahaha. i found one and debs too but kat felt that we should wait for the other half of the gang before we go buy the bikinis. btw, i just realized my swimsuits are always black or blue.
then we walked over to marina square. kat bought two tops. i saw a pair of shorts i wanted but unfortch, its of the hotpants kind. bleah. bought something from one of them accessory shops. went down to diva and it was those 'everything under $9' sale so it was packed. me and kat went to buy starbucks while debs fought with the rest of them to purchase her stuff. hahhaa.
finally we went back to raffles city and the first thing we did was to shop. that's where all of our money went. haha. we went into dorothy perkins. then we started trying out stuff by just pulling on over our clothes coz the dressing room queue was super duper long. and since we were only trying t-shirts, it didnt really matter. it really made sense and saved us the hassle since what we wore didnt hinder us. (me; spaghetti top, debs; tank, kat; t-shirt) i blew my allowance by buying a plain top and a sweater. kat bought the same colour top as me. while debs got in it grey and er.. black? finally went to sit down at gloria jean's. hahhah. kat joked that since i had half the shares in the name, i rightfully could get a seat. debs left then.
then went to the mph and checked out if the book i was looking for was in stock. it was. ESTACSY. i bought it and we ambled off to look for somewhere to eat.
we ended up at subway, then me and kat started talking and crappin so much. omgoshh. i think kat is like my sister-best friend soulmate la! its with her that i can tell her virtuallyy EVERYTHING except things she finds 'scandalous'. xD we prob sat at subway for over an hour just sharing stuff. and making weird plans. lol.

ermmm. woke up kind early by my normal hours. but it was too late to go to church. sad. =( i really wanted to see kat and debs again. ok ok. i need to invest more sleep or i wont be in church. =( hopefully later will go out for dinner coz i seriously dont want to eat the leftover briyani rice from friday. bleahs.
